CK&B, SB Food concluded an exclusive distribution agreement to China ... opening up together to a new market

CK&B Co., Ltd. (CEO Ki-Hyeok Bae), a leading anti-counterfeit solution company, signed a contract with SB Foods Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Byung-Soo) for sole distribution rights in China entering this way the Chinese market.

The food products and additives manufacturing company SB Food is preparing to distribute the Red Ginseng Stick “Red Ginseng Prebiotics” and the glass bottle “Red Ginseng 6.5+” to the Chinese market.

In response, CK&B plans to actively help SB Food to distributing its goods to China by providing its platform as a sales channel and to pass the Chinese certification process by using CK&B`s network. In particular, CK&B, as the exclusive distributor of SB Food`s health functional food in China, works closely with a various network of Chinese corporations and partners to cooperate in consumer genuine certification, including the certification issued by the Chinese Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and online and offline distribution.
