  • We are curious about production period and cost.
    • There can be difference on the production period and cost as it is possible for various customs be requested by each clients toward HiddenTag. If it is not in special material or form but proceed universally, it will take around 2-3 weeks while the cost, quantity, fabric, designs can be varied, therefore, we will guide clearly if you can inquire us with mail or call.
  • What is the MOQ?
    • Both small and big quantities are available.
  • Is there are any restrictions for size or design?
    • MOQ size is 10*10(mm) and beyond is available without restrictions.
  • We are curious about the process from order to delivery.
    • Sample Checking(Free) > Quotation negotiations > Agreement & Order negotiations > Final confirmations on samples > Production > It ends with delivery.
APP
  • Where to download HiddenTag?
    • HiddenTag APP is both available from APP store and Play Store and also registered under China´s Big 10 market APPs.
    • If you search the word ‘HiddenTag’ or ‘Hiddentag’, you will be able to download for free.
  • Do I must scan only with the HiddenTag APP?
    • HiddenTag will strengthen security and to reduce the risks of duplication, you can only authenticate on products only through the ´HiddenTag’APP but not through other APP or QR code.
  • Is registration mandatory?
    • No, if you download APP for free, you do not need to register but can authenticate any product.
      However, in order for various of usage on platforms within the APP, we recommend you with simple registration.
  • How many languages do you support?
    • HiddenTag currently support 7 languages.
      In addition, to avoid inconvenience to users in each country, depending on the language set on the cell phone, It will switch automatically right away.
    • (Korean/English/Chinese/Vietnamese/Japanese/Indonesian/Russian) Also, to prevent any inconvenience among users from each country, the language changes accordingly to the mobile setting. If the language doesn´t support, it will automatically set in English.
  • If the scan doesn't work, what shall I do?
    • If your surrounding is too dark, please sign-in from brighter area.
    • In order for camera to hold onto focus of label,
      please moderate slowly on the angle.

  • I am curious of which data we can obtain through HiddenTag.
    • The most fundamental consumer can obtain the data about the purchased product in terms of authentic/counterfeit clarification.
      Not only but also you can obtain various of information through one scan data of scanned area, countries, counts and many more.
  • What methods are there when using data?
    • There are authentication and most representative methods are distribution management, brand control and promotion service.
