CK&B Co., Ltd. (CEO Bae Ki-hyuk) announced its participation in the ‘K-Beauty Expo Korea 2023’ held at KINTEX in Ilsan from October 12th to 14th, and introduced the authenticity verification service Hidden Tag.

K-Beauty Expo, which celebrated its 15th anniversary this year, is the largest beauty cosmetics exhibition in Korea, hosted by KINTEX and KOTRA and sponsored by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Mutual Growth Committee, Korea Tourism Organization, and Korea Cosmetics Association.

The exhibition will feature 650 booths from 400 companies belonging to various cosmetics areas, including packaging, hair, nails, raw materials, and smart beauty. KOTRA trade centers 150 companies worldwide to conduct large-scale business.

At this event, CK&B will operate a booth dedicated to its flagship solution, the product authenticity verification service HiddenTag, and explain its anti-counterfeit technology and effective brand protection processes to beauty experts.

HiddenTag is an authentication service with approximately 1,000 domestic and international customers. It is an easy and fast authentication service that allows consumers to immediately identify whether a product is authentic by scanning the non-replicable label attached to the product via the dedicated app. It is provided as a one-stop business solution that helps customers manage their distribution by blocking the possibility of distribution of counterfeit products through real-time data communication using the data.

Beauty is the first sector hit by the counterfeit issue. HiddenTag, thanks to its unique technology, permits the tracking and blocking of counterfeits throughout the entire manufacture-distribution-final sales process. In fact, the majority of our 1,000 clients belong to the beauty industry.
