HiddenTag, a counterfeit prevention and data monitoring solution, has announced its participation in “Cosmoprof CBE ASEAN Bangkok 2025,” held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand.
As a leading beauty industry exhibition in Southeast Asia, this year’s event featured over 1,500 exhibitors from 59 countries and was attended by more than 16,000 global buyers and industry professionals. Through its participation, HiddenTag gathered insights into the Southeast Asian market landscape, confirmed the demand for anti-counterfeit technologies and interest in brand protection, and set its sights on expanding business partnerships and acquiring new overseas clients.
HiddenTag is an authentication solution that assigns unique data to each individual product unit and supports a consistent brand protection strategy even after international expansion, utilizing global distribution data analytics and a counterfeit detection and reporting system.
Notably, it enables real‑time detection of counterfeit risks by country and distribution channel based on consumer scan data, allowing brands to develop more precise marketing strategies and distribution countermeasures. HiddenTag comprises three components—LABEL, APP, and DATA—and implements high-level security through proprietary encryption patterns and a unique data structure that prevents duplication and tampering. Each label ID can be monitored individually in real time, and global user scan data is used to track and intercept both genuine and counterfeit product distribution routes.
It also enables real‑time business data collection and analysis via authentication labels. The solution tracks actual sales flows beyond the reach of conventional systems, quickly detects anomalies in distribution or shifts in consumer behavior, and enhances overall brand operation efficiency.
Furthermore, HiddenTag supports seven languages and is available on Chinese app markets and WeChat Mini‑Programs, ensuring global accessibility. Within its platform, which boasts 8 million users, the solution facilitates potential customer acquisition and repurchase promotion through features like loyalty points, banner ads, and app‑push notifications. User‑engagement events and community functions are also strengthened, with vibrant content such as authenticated product registration information, reviews, and Q&A tailored for genuine-product consumers.
Beyond simple authentication and counterfeit detection, HiddenTag has positioned itself as a data‑driven business intelligence solution that supports meaningful brand growth. It currently serves over 1,300 domestic and international clients, exports directly to 124 overseas companies across more than 20 countries, and has been appointed as an export voucher implementation agency for eight consecutive years. Pilot deployment cases for its innovative products with national agencies and local governments continue to expand.
A HiddenTag representative stated, “Through our showcase at this exhibition, we truly felt the growing interest in genuine-product authentication and counterfeit prevention in the Southeast Asian market.” They added, “Moving forward, we will continue to focus on expanding our tailored services so that global brands can securely manage their distribution networks and earn consumer trust.”
Additionally, HiddenTag exhibited last month at the “2025 Seoul International Cosmetics & Beauty Industry Fair (Cosmobeauty Seoul)” held at COEX Hall A, 1st floor, Samseong-dong, Seoul.
